Abstract

The success of the deep restructuring of economic relations in Polish economy depends primarily on the effectiveness of the reform aimed at restructuring of ownership in all sectors. The results of these processes of democratization include a growth in interest in worker ownership and enterprises managed by employees. These processes have assumed the form of the growing participation of employees in running the company. Employees have associated the changes resulting from the aforementioned factors first and foremost with an improvement in working conditions, with an increase in job attractiveness, with a growth in the influence on decisions made, as well as with financial benefits.
