THE CONCEPT OF UNIVERSAL INTERIOR DESIGN OF PUBLIC SPACES OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The research is devoted to the study of features of universal design, allowing all people to use the same objects, objects without adaptations or special design. The purpose of this article is to analyze the interiors of residential and public buildings for compliance with the criteria of universal design. The research methodology is based on seven main criteria defining the princi-ples of universal design. The result of the study will be the collection of comparative material from interior spaces and the subject environment for compliance with the criteria of universal design.
