Abstract
ﻴــــدور اﻟﺒﺤــــث اﻷﺼــــوﻟﻲ ﻓــــﻲ ﻫــــذا اﻟﻤوﻀــــوع ﺤــــوﻝ دﻻﻟــــﺔ ﺠﻤﻠــــﺔ اﻟﺤﺼــــر ﻋﻠــــﻰ اﻟﻤﻔﻬوم ٬ وﻟﺒﻴﺎن ذﻟك ﺴﻨﺘﺤدث ﻋن ﺠﻤﻠﺔ اﻟﺤﺼر ﺜم ﻋن ﻤﻔﻬوﻤﻬﺎ. ﺟﻤﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺼﺮ ﻟﻠﺤﺼــــر ﻟﻐــــﺔً ﻤﻌــــﺎ ٍن ﻤﺘﻌــــددة ٬ ﻤﻨﻬــــﺎ: اﻟﺘﻀــــﻴﻴق واﻟﺤــــﺒس وﻀــــﻴق اﻟﺼــــدر واﻟﺒﺨــــﻝ واﻟﻌﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻨطق واﻟﻤﻨﻊ (١) . واﺼطﻼﺤﺎً: ﺘﺨﺼﻴص ﺸﻲء ﺒﺸﻲء أو أﻤر ﺒﺂﺨر ﺒطرﻴق ﻤﺨﺼوص (٢) . وﺘﺘﺄﻟف ﺠﻤﻠﺔ اﻟﺤﺼر ﻤن اﻟﻌﻨﺎﺼر اﻵﺘﻴﺔ: .١ اﻟﻤﻘﺼـــــور ﻋﻠﻴـــــﻪ: وﻫـــو اﻟـــذي ﻴﺤﺘـــﻝ ﻤرﻛـــز اﻟﻤوﻀـــوع ﻓـــﻲ ﺠﻤﻠـــﺔ اﻟﻘﺼـــر ﻓﻴﺤﻤـــﻝ ﻋﻠﻴـــﻪ اﻟﻤﻘﺼور ﺼﻔﺔ ﻛﺎن أو ﻤوﺼوﻓﺎً. .٢ اﻟﻤﻘﺼور: وﻫو ﻤﺎ ﻴﺤﻤﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺼور ﻋﻠﻴﻪ. .٣ اﻟﻘﺼر: وﻫﻲ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﺌﻤﺔ ﺒﻴن اﻟﻤﻘﺼور ﻋﻠﻴﻪ واﻟﻤﻘﺼور ﺒﺈﺤدى طرق اﻟﻘﺼر
