Abstract

The paper presents a general analysis of global trends in the development of the 5th generation cellular telecommunication network. Concrete ways of their implementation on the scale of a megapolis city are proposed. As an example, a draft design of the Moscow cellular network of the B5G generation was carried out with the distribution of radio signals in pico cells in the 37—43.5 GHz band. Comparison with the key parameter "peak data rate in a cell", achieved in 4G LTE cellular networks and expected in B5G networks, showed a multiple increase, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
