Abstract

Analysis of participate in automobile exhaust exposure chambers showed significant variations in the distribution of lead between the water-extractable and acid-extractable forms over a four year period of studies. Greater specificity in identification of compound forms of lead is necessary for proper evaluation of air pollution hazards.
