Abstract

The article highlights the relevance of the issue of technologization as a condition for ensuring the effectiveness of the process of changing attitudes to educational reforms in Ukraine. An overview of scientific research on the understanding of the concept of «social technology» is presented, and the lack of unambiguous definition and understanding of this term in the scientific literature to date is noted. A generalized definition of the concept of socio-psychological technology and its criteria is based on the author’s technology. «CIT-SER» (complex interactive technology to support the educational reforms) can work with teachers, students, and their parents to keep them in educational innovations. The description of social and psychological technology «CIT-SER» is given, its definition, the purpose, and tasks are formulated. The basic principles on which the author’s technology is built are revealed, the criteria of efficiency and introduction effects are defined. The results of the application of this technology are analyzed using the data of the online questionnaire and the author’s «Model of assessment of attitude» to educational innovations. Issues that require further scientific research and prospects for the application of this technology are in the process of forming a positive public opinion on any socio-psychological processes
