Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with the issue of a complex combination of modern fitness technologies in physical education classes at the University. The article presents a method of conducting physical culture classes that combines Scandinavian walking and a specially designed set of exercises aimed at stretching and relaxation. It is established that the application of the developed methodology in physical culture classes contributes to an increase in the subjective assessment of the health of students and a decrease in the number of missed classes due to illness. There was an improvement in well-being from classes, increased activity and mood, increased interest in classes and a decrease in the level of anxiety. Relevance of the research. In higher education institutions, the trend of deterioration of students ' health from course to course has become fixed, and every year the number of students assigned to a special medical group increases. Dissatisfaction with traditional physical education classes in universities is growing. Problem, goal, tasks. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodology for conducting physical culture classes at the University, using a complex combination of modern fitness technologies, aimed at improving the psycho-emotional state of students. Materials and methods of research. The method of conducting physical culture classes included a combination of Nordic walking and a set of special exercises aimed at developing flexibility, forming correct posture and self-training aimed at relieving tension. Results and discussion. Assessment of well-being, activity, and mood, diagnosed by the WAM method (method of an assessment of a well-being, activity and mood of students), recorded an improvement in the emotional well-being of students in both the control and experimental groups. The developed method has a positive impact on students ' self-assessment of their health. Conclusions and conclusion. You can use this method for both the main and preparatory groups. It was found that using this method in physical education classes, students increased their subjective assessment of health and they began to miss classes less due to illness, improved health from classes, increased activity and mood.
