The presence of flavonoids in leaves of ordinary pears of Noyabrska, Forest beauty and Lemonka varieties was found by qualitative reactions
The content of flavonoids calculated with reference to rutin in leaves of ordinary pears of Noyabrska, Forest beauty and Lemonka varieties was 2.88 ± 0.07%, 1.31 ± 0.03% and 1.64 ± 0.03%, respectively
