Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CTA in in lower extremity arterial occlusive diseases. Methods Thirty cases underwent CTA and DSA, DSA was used as the gold standard. The accuracy rate, sensitivity and specific of CTA were calculated. Results Thirty cases with sixty lower limb article vessels were checked. When compared with DSA, The accuracy rate, sensitivity and specific of CTA were 82.14%, 77.78% and 83.65% respectively. Conclusion CTA have good consistency with DSA. It can be used to screen and review in patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive diseases.
