Abstract

This article reveals the problems of resolving interpersonal conflicts in military personnel, analyzes objective conditions and subjective ways of preventing conflict situations, reveals the different attitude of commanders to conflicts in military collectives. The directions of the commanders' activities necessary for the formation of a system of knowledge about the peculiarities of the functioning of the human psyche in conflict situations, the formation of knowledge about the mental nature, structure, dynamics, forms of conflict interaction and possible outcomes of conflicts between military personnel are given. The role of commanders in conflict resolution is considered, as well as the existing algorithms for conflict resolution are disclosed. To solve interpersonal conflicts among military personnel, a possible algorithm of the commander's actions in the role of a third party is proposed, which can be refined and changed taking into account the specifics of a specific conflict situation.
