Abstract
Currently, the world is widely used combined power supply systems made using renewable and traditional energy sourses. The article deals with a typical block diagram of a combined power supply system. The main features of structural and schematic solutions of combined power supply systems, as well as their main advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The main characteristics of solar cells are revealed and analytical expressions for calculation of their main parameters are given.
