Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet and new media platforms, online communities have become an important place for fans to gather, and the fan economy has developed through this trend. The fan groups have gradually become a cultural phenomenon and business model, constructing a new network entertainment economy and vigorously promoting virtual economy development. In May 2021, China's Internet Information Office announced a nationwide campaign to rectify the chaos in the fan groups. Therefore, from the perspective of combining the law, technology and autonomy, this paper proposes relevant optimization suggestions for the problems in the governance of the fan groups.
