Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of the clinical pathway of painless management in the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with femoral fracture. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with femoral fracture from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases of each group. The control group only carried out routine nursing measures, and on this basis, the painless management mode guided by clinical pathway of the research group patients was given. The results of nursing care were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The results of repeated measurement of variance analysis showed that the VAS scores at all time points of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the VAS score of the research group and the control group showed a decreasing trend with the prolongation of the time. And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparing the scores of hip joint function at each time point after operation, the results showed that the research group was significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Moreover, with the extension of time, the scores of hip joint function in both groups showed an upward trend and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the two groups of patients' overall nursing satisfaction, the research group was more satisfied with the research group than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions By applying the painless management mode guided by clinical pathway to the perioperative period of senile patients with femoral fracture, the pain of the patients can be significantly alleviated, and the nursing quality and level can be higher to promote the rehabilitation process of the patients.
