Abstract
Objective To explorer the clinical application of grading psychological nursing care on patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected and were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Patients of the two groups both received appropriate conventional medical treatment and general care.The patients of the control group only received routine psychological care, while the patients of the observation group received grading psychological nursing care on the basis of the routine psychological care.The socre of anxiety rating scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and mastery of knowledge of the disease in acute pancreatitis of the two groups of patients admitted to hospital 72 hours (before treatment) and hospitalization on day 8 (after treatment) were compared. Results The results showed that the difference of the SAS and SDS scores at admission of the two groups had no statistical significance.The score of the anxiety and depression of the two groups was significantly reduced after received grading psychological nursing care (P<0.001), and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.001). The score of the master degree of AP prevention knowledge of the two groups was significantly increased (P<0.001), and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion The grading psychological nursing care can significantly reduce the psychological care of patients with anxiety and depression, improve patients' knowledge of the extent of prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis disease control.
