The clinical analysis and nursing of pulmonary embolism patients with DSA operation of thrombolytic therapy

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis and nursing method of pulmonary embolism patients with DSA operation of thrombolytic therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of pulmonary embolism were selected,the risk factors for pulmonary embolism and the main clinical manifestation were analyzed,the DSA operation of thrombolytic therapy were used,the therapeutic effect and nursing methods were summarized.Results Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was the most common cause of pulmonary embolism.The common clinical manifestation was chest pain,dyspnea and cough.After thrombolytic therapy,the total effective rate was 90％,D-two dimers and the partial pressure of oxygen t were significandy improved than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The deep venous thrombosis,surgical operation and prolonged bed rest are risk factors for pulmonary embolism,the effect of DSA operation thrombolytic treatment is satisfaction,clinical preventive care should be strengthened to reduce pulmonary embolism.
