Abstract
This study aims to clarify the case scenarios in which the liquidators have civil liability, whether based on a contractual or tort basis. It indicated legal gaps and flaws in liquidators’ civil liability under Jordanian Law. It provides recommendations to the legislator for bridging the gaps and remedying the flaws in the liquidator civil legal liability area to provide reasonable protection for the company, shareholders, creditors, and other stakeholders.
