Abstract

The subject of research is kinetics of vacuum deposition of liquid components on extruded fish feed pellets. The kinetic regularities of the vacuum deposition process under investigation are established and the choice of rational modes of vacuum deposition of fat components in preparing compound feeds for valuable fish species is justified. The use of vacuum deposition of fat components on extruded feed for valuable fish species has led to the possibility of increasing the fat content up to 40 %, reducing the crushing of feed by 10 %. Improving the physical characteristics of finished compound feed (a moisture content of 10-12 %); increasing the penetration level of liquid components by 25-30 %; maintaining a dry surface of the extrudate; reducing pathogenic microflora to 0 are included. It was revealed that the amount of vacuum in working chamber of sprayer is the most important parameter affecting a fat leakage factor, and the amount of vacuum of 0.020 MPa provides intensive penetration and significantly reduces a fat leakage factor.
