The Chief Medical Officer's (CMO) office at the University of Mississippi Medical Center initiated an elective for interested residents to rotate through various departments associated with CMO's office. This rotation intends to provide insight into the workings of a healthcare center, enhance understanding of medical practice in the 21st century, and supply practical information to transition from resident to an attending physician.
