Abstract
Objectives: To describe clinical and subclinical characteristics of congenital hypothyroidism children in Vietnam National childrens's hospital. Subjects: 52 children diagnosed with Congenital hypothyroisism and treatment at Vietnam National childrens's hospital from 01/2015 to 01/2020. Method: Retrospective description.. Results and conclussion: Most Congenital hypothyroidism infants could be detected early before 3 years, even in the newborn age. The suspected sign was constipation accompanied by edema, prolonged jaundice and mental retardation.
