Abstract

This paper will discuss the challenges of Open Acess publishing in the area of the Humanities in Latin America, using the Revista Brasileira de Política Internacional (RBPI), which was founded in 1958 by the Instituto Brasileiro de Relações Internacionais and which constitutes the most influential Brazilian publication on International Relations and a leading publication on the subject in Latin America, as a case study.
