Abstract

Bill Kaigh (williamk@math.utep.edu) is Professor of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Texas at EI Paso. He has had other academic appointments at the University of Arizona, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, the University of lowa, Arizona State University, and Los Alamos National Laboratories. His research in probability theory and nonparametric statistics has produced several publications on Brownian motionals, quantile estimation, and goodness of fit. His consulting activities involve public opinion polling and marketing research, political analysis, and statistical support for iitigation including expert testimony.
