Abstract

AbstractThis study explores the perceived benefits of a mindfulness program for university students, focusing on changes in their intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. The findings underscore increased self‐compassion and self‐care and diminished levels of self‐judgement. Mindfulness programs could be incorporated into counseling services in higher education to improve students’ well‐being.
