Abstract
The 61st Annual BCPC Weeds Review took place on Thursday 31st October 2024 in the Sophi Taylor Building at NIAB, Cambridge, with 85 delegates in person or online. The theme of the 2024 Review was "Keeping Pace? Continuing weed challenges and new control technologies". It was split into three sessions. Firstly, updates on three major weed management projects, ASSIST, Oper8 and BGRI. The second session covered novel weed management technologies and also included three short poster presentations by post-graduate students. The Review was completed by a session covering emerging weeds.
