Abstract

Class management in primary and secondary schools is a multi-directional educational practice involving students, teachers and schools. In the basic connotation of class management in primary and secondary schools, the core concept of class management in primary and secondary schools is to adhere to the student-centered approach. Dealing with the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship between classmates is the main content of class management in primary and secondary schools. Cultivating ideal personality is the fundamental purpose of class management in primary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes the current situation of class management, and analyzes the three influencing factors, and then puts forward improvement countermeasures.
