AbstractArtists can have a remarkable impact on the rejuvenation of city districts and blocks, both through their own presence and through community artistic engagement. American writer and curator Kathy Battista shows us a number of ways this type of engagement has helped in differing areas of the US, and the creative and social benefits it has brought with it.
