Abstract
Objective To explore the specific application of three inspections and seven verifications in reducing the execution rate of two-dimensional code leakage in PDA scan of intravenous fluids. Methods A total of 150 intravenous infusion patients admitted in this department from January to December 2016 and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 75 cases of each group.The control group applied to PDA to scan QR code.The research group applied to three inspections and seven verifications.The rate of missed execution was compared between the two groups. Results The checking registration time, infusion waiting time and the rate of missed execution of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nurses in the research group on the infusion environment, infusion process, nursing servies were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nurses of the research group were significantly more satisfied with the hospital infusion environment, infusion process, work efficiency and treatment safety than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions In the process of intravenous infusion, on the basis of PDA scanning two-dimensional code, the combined application of three inspections and seven verifications is conducive to reducing the rate of missed execution and improving the infusion quality.
