Abstract

Objective To evaluate the health problems of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), including body, heart, society, environment, etc, and provide references for the management of diabetes. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the health problems of 360 patients.SPSS 13.0 Statistical Software was used to analyze the situation and severity of the problem. Results There were 5 943 problems in 360 patients, with 16.51 problems per patient.There were 59.36% of the problems at moderate or moderate levels.The incidence rate was over 60 percent and there were 12 major health problems, including 6 healthy behaviors(Ⅳ-21 physical activity, Ⅳ-22 nutrition, Ⅳ-24 blood glucose monitoring, Ⅳ-25 foot care, Ⅳ-28 diabetes awareness, Ⅳ-29 health care supervision), 4 physiological areas(Ⅲ-10 vision, Ⅲ-11 pain, Ⅲ-12 oral hygiene, Ⅲ-15 circulation function), 2 psychological and social fields(Ⅱ-3 contact community resources, Ⅱ-4 mental health). Conclusion This group of patients with health problems and more serious, health behavior follows the situation is not very ideal, self management level is not high, most of the existing medium degree of anxiety, depression, diabetes community service less resources, utilization rate is low.
