Abstract

Using the FAST method of designing hospital management information systems in hospitals. Constraints on the application of SIM in the hospital. Generate effective strategies that can optimize the implementation of management information systems in hospitals. The qualitative approach in this study is used to assist the identification process in the methodology for developing hospital management information systems in supporting service management decisions. The results showed that the FAST method could improve the quality of information through the application of management information systems in hospitals. The obstacle to applying SIM in hospitals is the high cost of building management information systems, the effective strategies for implementing management information systems in hospitals strengthen the commitment of hospital management that the system management information will run. With the FAST method, it can improve the quality of information through the SIM RS application at the hospital. An effective strategy for implementing hospital MIS in hospitals is to strengthen hospital management's commitment that management information systems will work.
