Abstract

The command and control network in the range plays is aimed at realizing the interconnection between the front-end access layer and the back-end application layer, and the transmission and interaction of the testing information including data, images, and audio. With the popularization of the regional collaborative networking for testing, the operational efficiency of the command and control network in the range has become a pivotal factor. However, the command and the control network in the range is still restricted to the traditional network architecture, thus its poor flexibility and insufficient control remain restraining factors for high-quality services at present, so the exploration of the feasibility and potentiality of new technologies or methods which can be applied in the command and control network in the range is necessary. Starting with the concept and architecture of SDN, this paper summarized its major technological features and application advantages in the communication network. Combined with the business requirements of the range command and control network, the typical application scenario and scheme was presented, and then the workflow of the SDN technology applied was clarified, so as to provide a new idea for the next stage in the process of the integrated testing in the range.
