Abstract
Nanozyme is a special kind of artificial mimic enzyme of chemical synthesis that has the unique properties of nano-materials as well as the catalytic efficiency and enzymatic reaction kinetics similar to natural enzymes. With all its specific features, Nanozyme has the advantages of good stability, low making cost and easy preparation, overcoming the shortcomings of the complicated preparation and purification process of natural enzymes and their changeable catalytic activity and stability which is easily affected by outside restrictions. Based on its unique superiority, nanozyme has exhibited broad prospects for its practical application in many fields of chemical detection, especially in environment and biology. With different designs of compositions and morphological forms, nanozymes enable quick and relatively accurate detection of nucleic acid, macro-molecular substances, like micro-molecular substances like glucose, hydrogen Peroxide in certain tissues, which surely casts a bright light on the convenient and effective test in biology.
