Abstract
After several years' rapid development, grey system theory has been applied in various research areas successfully. However, the application of grey system theory in psychology and medicine is rare. This paper analyses the characteristics of neuropsychological studies, such as the particularity of the study subjects and the specialty of the study scheme. As the traditional statistical method cannot explore data value sufficiently; the proposed grey system theory can be useful to analyze the data collected in neuropsychological studies to provide insightful results.
