Abstract
Flower and bird patterns are one of the important elements in Chinese traditional culture, which have been widely used in various artworks since ancient times.Among them, in the production of Canton porcelain, flower and bird patterns occupy an important position.Canton glazed porcelain is a special handicraft in Chinese folk art. It has unique decorative effect and artistic value. In this paper, the history of Canton glazed porcelain, the production process and the characteristics of flower and bird patterns are discussed, aiming to deeply study the application of flower and bird patterns in Canton glazed porcelain and its unique charm in the decoration of Canton glazed porcelain.
