Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of high school students in solving problems and provide them with problem-solving ideas, this article uses the method of finding auxiliary problem proposed by Polya, and the means of solving complex problems is studied by taking trigonometric function of high school as an example. Through analysis, it clarifies the applicable types of questions, advantages, and application difficulties of each method, and provides some helpful suggestions for solvers.
