Abstract

Objective To explore the application effects of humanistic care in promoting the high -quality nursing care for the pa-tients with chronic nephropathy.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital 120 patients with chronic nephropathy disease were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.60 patients were included in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with high -quality nursing methods of humanistic cares , while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods.The application effects of the patients treated with different nursing methods in the two groups were ob -served.Results The excellent rate of the life quality in the hospital of the experimental group ( 95%) was higher than that of the control group (55%) and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (58.33%) and the difference between the two groups was statisti-cally significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusions High-quality nursing service of humanistic care for the patients with chronic nephropathy dis-ease can improve the quality of life of patients in the hospital and the satisfaction rate of the patients to nursing staff , and be worth of clinical widely application.
