Abstract
With the continuous improvement of information society, considerable development has taken place in application of computer multimedia technology, in the field of teaching practice in particular. As a newly emerged teaching method, teaching with multimedia courseware, with its rich, various and comprehensive contents, is gradually becoming the new model of teaching that teachers in many schools are exploring. In the current teaching reform in China, the application of multimedia technology is a trend. By means of a series approaches, such as text, voice, picture, animation, video and so on, it unfolds a fresh, enthusiastic and lively learning style, which has mobilized the enthusiasm of the students’ learning initiative adequately and promoted the communication between teachers and students. This paper attempts to, by exploring the application and design of computer multimedia technology in teaching practice, illustrate the promoting role of the application of computer multimedia technology in the whole quality of teaching.KeywordsComputermultimedia technologyapplicationdesign
