Abstract
Description: This review is intended to prepare individuals for the successful completion of the NAPLEX exam to become licensed pharmacists. It is structured to reinforce concepts in pharmacy, and calculations, brand-generic names, kinetics, and therapeutics are further assessed with questions upon completion of each chapter. Purpose: It is intended to review the practice of pharmacy in a concise and organized fashion in order to prepare pharmacy students for licensure. It also may serve as a reference for both new and experienced pharmacists who seek a refresher in a given area. Audience: It is written to assist in the preparation for the NAPLEX examination, whether the test taker is a pharmacy student or a foreign graduate looking for licensure in the U.S. It is extensive and inclusive, but it may not be the best choice as a sole tool for preparation. It is easy to use and contains most key points for licensure, but by no means does it include everything practicing pharmacists require. However, it is up to date and relevant.
