Abstract
Currently, many people in Indonesia still lack interest in using vaccination or immunization information systems (IIS). This research aims to analyze the effect of user health perceptions and technology quality on the acceptance of ISS in Indonesia. The research study used a quantitative approach, specifically online questionnaires, distributed using various social media platforms. The survey involved 528 respondents who are Indonesians and who have used IIS for vaccination or immunization. The data were analyzed using covariance-based structural equation modeling. The results indicated that health motivation, cues to action, information quality, system quality, perceived usefulness, and easiness influenced the IIS users’ intentions. User intention also influenced the usage behavior of IIS. However, perceived susceptibility, severity, and benefits had no significant effect on the intention to use IIS. The findings of this study are expected to provide guidance for IIS developers in improving IIS features to further attract public interest toward its use.
