Abstract
Proton spectra from the 12C(y, po)l1B reaction have been obtained at angles of 30, 50, 70, 90, 110, 130, and 150 using semiconductor detector telescopes. From these spectra the angular distribution of the 12C(y, po)l1B reaction has been determined every 250 ke V throughout the excitation energy region between 20 and 27 MeV. The observed energy dependence of the angular distribution is compared with that expected from the collective correlations model description of 12C.
