Abstract
Along with the infections of human activities to the environment, some problems with regard to population, resources and environment have become increasingly prominent, and result in the changes in land use, so that which have been concerned very much. A dynamic data base of land use is speedily and precisely established as to study the space-time changes of regional land use and land overlay by using of the TM satellite images captured in 1998 and 2006 based on the synthetic applications of the techniques and mathematic methods in remote sensing, geographical information system, etc. combined the changing of land use with the social and economic factors. Meanwhile, it can forecast the developing trend in land use, and can analyze the driving factors of situation changes affecting land use. At last, the countermeasures for the regional land continuable use are also put forward. The principal driving factors effecting the land use changes in the study region are achieved, and it is also concluded that the affecting situation resulting from the human activities to the land use in the study region by carrying through the study on the dynamic changes of land use and driving mechanism. The study results can provide the scientific gist in the rational utilization and the sustainable development in land use for the urban in the future and a supporting for the decision making in the land planning for the local governmental departments of Fuxin City, so it has a realistic meaning in some degree for the improvement on the ecological environment.
