Abstract
In Vietnam, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a very important economic and social role, both through their importance in the economy and in job creation, a role which is greatly appreciated in these times of crisis and rising unemployment. In the Mediterranean in particular, the development of SMEs can help to face many challenges linked with economic development, inequalities, very high unemployment, demographic developments and the need for structural change.The above mentioned things, the main objective of this paper is to identify all the main factors that related to the export capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai province. The researcher had used analytical method of explore factor analysis to determining factors that are components of decision theory. This paper of Data conducted to survey managers of SMEs in Dong Nai province during the period from July 2016toDecember 2016. Besides, the research results showed that there were 200 managers of SMEs in Dong Nai province who interviewed and answered about 19 questions.The researcher had analyzed the result of KMO (KMO: Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) analysis used for multiple regression analysis, the person responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale and hard copy. Moreover, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results showed that there were five factors, which included of factors following Human resources (X1), Marketing (X2), Leadership (X3), Technology (X4)and Product (X5)with significance level 5 percent. In addition, the research result processed from SPSS 20.0 software. At the same time, the result was also a scientific evidence and important for researchers, and policy makers who apply them for improving policy on the export capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai province.
