Abstract
目的 探讨玻璃体手术在治疗严重穿孔性眼外伤中的临床应用.方法对38例(38眼)严重眼球穿孔伤行玻璃体手术的效果和手术时机进行回顾性分析.结果术后视力较术前提高者28例(73.68%),术后视力下降或不变者10例(26.32%).眼内异物17例(44.74%)均一次成功摘出,10例复杂性视网膜脱离手术后复位8例.结论严格掌握玻璃体手术在治疗穿孔性眼外伤中的适应证及手术时机,能使大多数受伤眼球既达到解剖修复又恢复一定的有用视力。
