Abstract
Resistance spot welding as a kind of important manufacturing process, the welding quality and cost level directly affect the relevant product quality and economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper uses the ansys finite element analysis software for the most critical when resistance spot weld nuclear forming process analysis, laying a solid theoretical basis for research and application in the future. Meanwhile greatly reduce cost, shorten production cycle, and bring good economic benefits for the enterprises.
