Abstract
目的 分析影响角膜穿孔伤致盲的有关因素.方法对162例(162眼)角膜穿孔伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果162眼中48眼发生致盲.角膜伤口线形与非线形,有或无眼内异物,有或无虹膜脱出,以及前房积血的程度,均与致盲率存在显著关系.结论角膜伤口的非线形,眼内异物,虹膜脱出,和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级前房积血是角膜穿孔伤致盲的危险因素。
