Abstract

The contribution of hysteresis and relaxational mechanisms of domain boundaries motion in low- and ultralow frequencies spectra of real (ε) and imaginary (ε') components of complex dielectric permittivity (ε*) of TGS single crystals in a wide interval of repolarization fields is investigated. It is revealed, that with growth of amplitude of repolarization fields the contribution of hysteresis mechanism of domain boundaries motion in ε* is increased, and with growth of frequency of repolarization fields the contribution of hysteresis mechanism of domain boundaries motion in ε* decreases
