Abstract

Through the investigation and research of remaining ancient buddhist architecture in China and South Korea, this paper aims to compare their space layout, architectural form, space construction, decorative details and to find out the artistic conception between China and South Korea's buddhist architecture. Besides, the paper focuses on combining with the developed concept of contemporary architecture, providing reference for the developed Buddhist architecture in China and South Korea.
