Abstract

ABSTRACT Present study examines the acceptance and use of social media by public librarians during the COVID-19 pandemic based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model. Simple random method based on Morgan table was used, and 175 public librarians were selected to participate in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis. Findings revealed that the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model can be applied to the admission test for public libraries in the context of using social media during the pandemic.
