Abstract
In this research, a study of an important sub-fundamentalism issue, from semantics issues, it (the absolute burden on the complete individual), The books of the assets were not dealt with in detail. No one assigned it to an independent study. It has a significant impact on understanding religious texts and has been a cause of disagreement among jurists in deducing many legal rulings. In this research, I spoke about the meaning of the absolute and the restricted, what is meant by the complete individual and what are the doctrines of the fundamentalists in this matter. Then it showed five issues of jurisprudence on which scholars differed. Their disagreement on this issue of fundamentalism was a reason for their disagreement in these subsidiary issues.
