Abstract
1. Message for friends As we were setting up this Tribute, people asked where would you prefer that we donate money, to honor Jim. To answer that, there are five entities listed below. Three of them will be familiar to you: endowments that Jim & Donna set up some time ago at the Universities of Berkeley, Washington and Wisconsin. Jim was an enthusiastic supporter of those universities, and a passionate advocate of supporting students and research, so it would be very good if people would like to contribute to those endowments.
