Abstract
How an attendee would describe the experience of group and institutional dynamics. The focus is on team building and its development through the relationship between attendees and trainers, on the growth of a feeling of membership and on the establishment of a shared culture. The aim is to learn, through straight forward experience, the dynamics of small and larger groups as well as to challenge attendees on proactive and creative roles.
