Abstract

In this paper, the resistance of the bucket and the change of the resistance during the loading process of the loader are studied. In the automatic shovel loading test, the bucket tip trajectory during shovel loading is planned reasonably by matching the shovel loading method (moving arm cylinder displacement and steering cylinder displacement with the linkage of the vehicle). The gravel material in the shovel loading test is analyzed. The shovel-loading process can be divided into the bucket insertion and shovel digging stages, and the resistance in the two stages was analyzed separately in terms of trajectory. It is obtained that the horizontal insertion resistance is proportional to the insertion depth of the shovel, the change of the resistance, the change of the resistance direction, and the trajectory of the shovel during the shovel excavation stage.
